The contract between you and Launchpad, in the same shape as everything else we ship: numbered, versioned, and paired with a plain-language summary. Reading only the right-hand column is a legitimate way to read this document.
By creating an account or using Launchpad you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (16 where the EU's age of digital consent applies) and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Launchpad for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
Launchpad lets you build applications by describing them: an AI agent writes code in an isolated sandbox, you watch it in a live preview, and you can publish the result or export it as a repository. The service is under active development; features may change, and on the Free tier the service is provided without an uptime commitment.
You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your credentials secure and don't share accounts. Tell us at security@launchpad.app if you believe your account is compromised.
You own your content: the prompts you write, the code the agent generates in your projects, your uploaded assets, and your published apps. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service — running your sandbox, storing your files, serving your published app.
We do not train AI models on your content. Export — as a real repository — is available on every plan, including Free, and remains available for 30 days after your account closes. You warrant that your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

We enforce the acceptable-use policy through automated scanning at publish time, spot audits of published apps, and user reports. Violations can lead to content takedown or account suspension — immediate for critical categories. Every enforcement action can be appealed; if we took something down in error, we restore it and refund any credits the mistake cost you.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling takes one click and your projects stay exportable afterward. Credits are prepaid: they are consumed when the agent does work, failed turns are not charged under the Fair Turn Guarantee, and unused credits roll over for one billing cycle up to one month of your plan. Credits already consumed are not refundable. If a renewal payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period before the plan downgrades.
Launchpad's output is generated by AI. It is probabilistic by nature: it can be wrong, incomplete, or insecure in ways that look right. We don't warrant that generated code is fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing what you deploy to production.
Launchpad itself — the platform code, the brand, the arrowhead mark, the documentation — is ours. These terms don't grant you rights to any of it beyond using the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We indemnify you against claims that the service itself infringes third-party IP; you indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of the acceptable-use policy.
You can delete your account at any time; we can suspend or terminate accounts for cause, immediately for critical acceptable-use violations. After termination you retain export access to your projects for 30 days, after which deletion proceeds on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes go to binding arbitration (JAMS), with a carve-out for small-claims court; class actions are waived where that waiver is enforceable. We'll give 30 days' notice by email before material changes to these terms take effect — and like everything else we publish, every version is tracked so you can diff them.
